• Lead daily operations of the Client Relations team to meet service levels and KPI targets.
• Monitor and resolve customer tickets, RMAs, and service orders with cross-functional coordination.
• Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to team members; support career development.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, Logistics, Quality, and other teams to improve operations.
