Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in medical devices or closely related industry; knowledge of regulatory environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations, warehouse logistics, and customer relations for Alma Lasers USA.
• Lead and optimize service delivery, contracts, and customer satisfaction across North America.
• Drive KPI tracking, revenue growth through service contracts, and cost-effective operations.
• Lead a 25-person team and collaborate with global HQ to align strategies.
