The VP will optimize processes, mentor senior leaders, and partner with Sales to expand revenue while ensuring scalable operations and robust governance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning and asset management.
• Lead development and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy.
• Mentor senior management and implement best practices from operations and sales.
• Review SOPs, identify opportunities, and work with exec leadership on issues.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, budgets, and KPIs.
• Develop annual business plans with executive leadership and forecast growth.
• Collaborate with Sales to grow top-line revenue through strong relationships.
