Job summary

The RLP Group is seeking a Vice President to drive operational excellence and financial performance across the organization. The role requires strategic leadership to optimize margins, scale remote and onsite teams, and partner with executive leadership to achieve long-term growth.

You will oversee budgeting, process improvements, and KPI reporting while mentoring senior management and shaping company-wide SOPs to support profitable expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
• Director-level experience or above required.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and technical skills.
• Proven track record of profitable growth and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across the company, including budgeting and asset management.
• Lead development and execution of operations and customer support strategy.
