Job summary

You will lead a senior management group, mentor leaders, and partner with sales to grow top-line revenue while sustaining disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
• Director-level role or above experience.
• Experience managing and developing both onsite and remote teams.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and technological skills to develop, execute, and manage programs, metrics, and solutions.
• Proven track record of leading an organization through significant, profitable growth.
• Strong operational and financial acumen, with measurable success in implementing plans.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning, personnel, asset management, and profitability.
• Lead the assessment, plan development, and execution of an operations and customer support strategy; implement a strategic plan.
• Provide professional management and leadership to the company, mentoring senior leaders and instilling best practices.
• Assess SOPs, manage by exception, identify opportunities for improvement; work with executives on strategic/tactical issues.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with executives to develop an annual business plan and forecast growth and expansion.
• In partnership with Sales, grow top-line revenue by maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
