Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, 7–10 years banking, 3–5 years in compliance, and CRCM/CAMS is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years banking experience with 3–5 years in compliance.
• Experience with high-risk MSB accounts is not applicable here but BSA/AML experience is.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a risk-focused compliance program.
• Maintain current knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC regulations.
• Coordinate with regulatory examiners and independent auditors.
• Prepare BSA/AML Risk Assessments and report to the Board.
• Oversee compliance and BSA personnel and training.
