State Bank Of Texas is seeking an Executive Compliance and BSA officer to lead the bank's compliance, BSA/AML, and risk management functions. Based in Irving, this in-office role directs staff, interfaces with management, and reports to the Board.

The successful candidate will oversee policy development, training, and audits, ensuring regulatory alignment. CRCM/CAMS preferred; 7–10 years banking experience with compliance background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years banking experience with 3–5 years compliance.
• Experience with Verafin/Nasdaq software.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a risk-focused compliance program across the bank.
• Review policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and update policies accordingly.
• Lead BSA/AML and OFAC program activities and risk assessments.
• Coordinate training and annual BSA/compliance training for staff.
• Prepare board reports and liaise with regulatory examiners.
