Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC seeks a Vice President of Land Acquisition in Boynton Beach, FL to lead a team in sourcing and structuring land deals that fuel company growth.

You will manage relationships with brokers, developers, financiers, landowners and municipal partners to build a robust acquisition pipeline and optimize deal value. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of land acquisition experience, with strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions.
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills are required.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers and planners.
• Lead a team to evaluate land deals and present them to senior leadership for approval.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and project timelines.
