Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related experience in Land Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to prepare, interpret and present financial analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills.
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify land acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts.
• Present land deals to senior leaders and drive company growth through land opportunities.
• Evaluate and analyze acquisition deals, including financial analyses and market data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective land deals.
