Legacy Athletic Clubs in Concord, MA invites a seasoned Vice President, Finance & Accounting to partner with the CEO and leadership team. This in-person role will transform a developing finance operation into a disciplined, scalable platform that serves as a strategic partner to the business.

You will oversee multi-entity finance, revenue and cost reporting, planning, and due diligence for acquisitions, with oversight of Sage Intacct, Club Automation, HubSpot, and UKG.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in multi-entity or multi-location org.
• Strong technical accounting and controllership foundation.
• Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, or post-acquisition integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-entity close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Oversee payroll coordination and payables; strengthen internal controls.
• Modernize workflows and reporting; deliver portfolio- and club-level analyses.
• Support due diligence, underwriting, and EBITDA analysis for acquisitions.
• Mentor and develop the finance team; build a scalable finance platform.
