Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in development, construction management, or owner’s representation.
• Proven track record of ground-up developments or major repositioning projects.
• Strong knowledge of design workflows, construction practices, and permitting processes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects from concept through completion, including entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and turnover.
• Convert strategic vision into detailed scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors across all project phases.
• Oversee pre-construction and construction activities, including procurement, negotiations, value engineering, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Review financial documentation such as pay apps, cost reports, and budget updates.
• Maintain site oversight, perform regular visits, and resolve technical or schedule issues.
• Build strong relationships with partners, agencies, consultants, and community stakeholders.
• Communicate with leadership, design teams, contractors, regulators, and communities.
