Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in bank deposit operations or digital banking, with 2–3 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily back-office deposit operations and ensure accurate processing of transactions (ACH, wires, checks).
• Administer and monitor digital banking platforms, coordinating with IT and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional deposit and digital operations projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with Regulation E, Regulation CC, NACHA rules, FinCEN, and BSA/AML guidelines.
• Manage relationships with core processors and third-party vendors; participate in business continuity planning.
