Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors.
• Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels.
• Proven ability to lead high-value projects and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

• Developing and owning market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration across key sectors.
• Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships, identifying opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions aligned with client needs.
• Leading bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations to secure high-margin, impactful construction projects.
• Advancing digital capabilities and integrating technology and data to optimize procurement and supply chain outcomes.
• Managing team performance, setting objectives, and ensuring the team possesses the insights, skills, and resources to meet business goals.
• Establishing key performance targets and financial budgets, optimizing business performance in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Supporting the development of procurement services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence.
• Leading and mentoring a team of specialist consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
