JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Vice President of Portfolio Management & Execution for the CoBrand Credit Card portfolio to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive new offerings, and foster strong partner relationships.

You will drive strategy, prioritization, planning, and delivery of capabilities, manage co-brand card launches and periodic refreshes, and serve as the main contact for partner teams across technology and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Strong experience in Card portfolio migrations and related execution events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Responsabilités

• Assist internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for the CoBrand partner that incorporates our enterprise objectives and industry trends.
• Participate in discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Support Technology in critical executions maintaining Customer Focus and Business alignments across Co-Suppliers
• Drive and maintain a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap as well as partner needs.
• Serve as the end-to-end program management lead for strategic initiatives impacting your portfolio.
• Build the framework and track the health of the overall roadmap for the products you support.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and escalated issues timely and effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including partner teams, dependent product teams, technology, and operations, ensuring mutual goals are met.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for card related initiatives across the organization to ensure your business partners are kept aware of new technologies that could solve for portfolio gaps.
