Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated professional to guide the design, implementation and enrollment of voluntary benefits programs for our Employee Benefits clients. You will collaborate with local account teams, gather needs for RFP/RFI, and manage carrier responses to ensure successful program launches.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, a customer-focused approach, and a track record in benefits, sales or marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 or more years insurance agency or company experience in employee benefits.
• Project management experience.
• Sales, marketing experience.
• Voluntary Benefits experience.
• Valid Insurance License within 90 Days.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and support to local account management teams in designing, implementing and enrolling insureds in voluntary benefits programs.
• Gathers client needs and insured population details for RFP/RFI processes.
• Prepares and submits RFP/RFI documents to multiple carriers; reviews responses and makes recommendations.
• Quotes voluntary benefits with carriers based on clients benefits administration platform.
• Partners with account management to present plan options and product recommendations.
• Oversees full implementation lifecycle of voluntary benefits programs including communications collateral, data interfaces, and online access for insureds.
• Assists with post-implementation service issues related to voluntary benefits.
• Keeps regional teams informed on trends in voluntary benefits programs.
• Pursues ongoing personal and career development.
• Maintains data integrity per agency standards.
