Honda Xcelerator Ventures' Alliance Development team in Mountain View is seeking a Project Coordinator to support startup engagement, operations, and logistics on an on-site basis at HISV. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese is required.

Responsibilities

• Support legal and vendor coordination for NDAs, LORS, MSAs, SOWs, event agreements.
• Coordinate event planning, venue bookings, catering, and materials.
• Maintain deal flow data in Salesforce and assist AD team with research.
• Own assigned projects and escalate blockers as needed.
• Provide operational support including budgets and subscriptions.
• Facilitate cross-team communication between AD and SD teams.
