Job summary

WTW is seeking a governance and analytics professional to lead the governance cadence for a small portfolio of strategic technology suppliers. You will own data-led analysis of the technology portfolio and translate insight into commercial strategy.

The role emphasizes automating processes, building monthly reporting pipelines, and partnering with Procurement, Finance and Supplier Risk Management. Core hours align with Eastern time; base salary is disclosed with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in vendor or supplier management, third party governance, or a commercial/analytical tech role.
• Strong analytical ability with large datasets and Excel proficiency.
• Experience chairing supplier governance meetings (QBRs/service reviews) and driving actions to closure.
• Familiarity with cloud/major software suppliers and procurement platforms like Ariba.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Govern a small portfolio of strategic technology suppliers and chair governance cadence.
• Analyze tooling, licensing and consumption data to reveal value loss and opportunities.
• Build forward-looking analyses for renewals and commercial events.
• Identify rightsizing and consolidation opportunities across cloud/software.
• Automate data processing, dashboards and monthly reporting.
• Develop leadership-ready reports and business cases with Procurement, Supplier Risk Management and Finance.
