Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a Vendor Manager in Merrimack, NH to develop and optimize relationships with strategic IT and business service providers for the Green Meadows program.

The role serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, overseeing governance, risk mitigation, and performance management while driving continuous improvement across a geographically diverse team. A background in financial services and ITIL familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project/vendor management in the financial services industry.
• Facilitate work prioritization based on business and technology needs.
• Experience in resource planning and management.
