Job summary

Needham Bank is seeking an experienced vendor management leader to oversee procurement, due diligence, contract negotiations, and monthly risk and performance reporting for major technology vendors.

You will coordinate with PMO, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and AP, drive cost efficiency and regulatory compliance, and mentor teams on best practices. Candidates should have 7+ years in banking vendor management and a CRVPM/CPSM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of banking vendor management and technology administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of FFIEC and regulatory vendor requirements.
• Certified Regulatory Vendor Manager (CRVPM) or CPSM preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Vendor Management Program ensuring FFIEC compliance.
• Lead vendor lifecycle from selection to termination and due diligence.
• Ensure vendor performance meets standards via reviews and audits.
• Develop procurement processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and coordinate with PMO, Legal, Risk & Compliance.
• Support IT budgeting and strategic planning with vendors.
• Prepare proposals, reports and presentations for senior management.
