Job summary

Segway is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager to lead the strategic and commercial management of U.S. logistics vendors, owning negotiations, onboarding, and performance governance.

You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop scalable logistics solutions supporting product launches, seasonal demand, market expansion, and broader business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of vendor management/logistics experience.
• Experience negotiating rates and SLAs with providers.
• Experience evaluating and onboarding third-party logistics providers.
• Strong financial analysis and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience developing and monitoring vendor scorecards and KPIs.
• Experience working in multinational teams is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute vendor management strategies aligning with revenue and profitability.
• Lead negotiations with logistics vendors on pricing and service terms.
• Manage vendor onboarding, relationships, and performance improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare quarterly business reviews with key vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations on spend analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and transportation optimization.
