Job summary

Ameris Bank is seeking a Vendor Risk Analyst to evaluate Vendors and Brokers onboarded by the Sales Team, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role collaborates with Operations, Credit and Sales to deliver an excellent internal and external customer experience.

You will perform due diligence, monitor for policy compliance, draft Vendor and Broker Agreements, and identify non-compliance with remediation plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Credit and Sales to ensure an efficient internal and external customer experience.
• Perform due diligence on all new and existing Vendors to ensure they meet approved guidelines.
• Monitor Vendors to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Create Vendor and Broker Agreements for signature.
• Evaluate vendors and reports on findings; identify non-compliance and develop remediation plans.
• Assist in identification and evaluation of, and negotiation with, potential vendors or suppliers.
