Job summary

A business advisory firm is seeking a Manager for their RTS Value Creation team in Chicago. The role involves executing operationally focused initiatives to drive performance and improve EBITDA for both underperforming and healthy businesses. Candidates should have over 5 years of related experience, strong operational finance capabilities, and the ability to engage with stakeholders. This full-time role offers a salary range of $135K – $175K and full benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in value creation, financial and/or operational consulting.
• Experience contributing to EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to support performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting value creation initiatives with Private Equity sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers.
• Identify and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable, bottom-up improvement plans with clear KPIs.
• Drive execution of cost optimization and performance initiatives.
