Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in value creation or financial/operational consulting.
• Experience contributing to EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to support performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong operational finance capabilities including financial analysis.
• Experience supporting value creation initiatives with Private Equity sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers.
• Develop improvement plans with clear KPIs and milestones.
• Drive execution of cost optimization initiatives.
• Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies.
