Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written, technical, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math aptitude and reading skills essential.
• Must be physically dexterous and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good organization, planning and time management abilities.
• Computer literate with familiarity in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and assist with machine setups and operations.
• Fulfill value-added work orders and perform quality checks.
• Document setup data and maintain records in the ERP system.
• Maintain neat, orderly work area and follow safety procedures.
• Monitor workload to ensure on-time delivery and responses to emails.
• Assist with packing, kitting, and shipping requirements.
• Support customer projects and maintain professional stakeholder relations.
