You will drive DR readiness, BCP, and currency remediation across Personal & Business Banking and Wealth Technology, partnering with technology, risk, audit, and enterprise resiliency teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders and guide a small team toward timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DR/BCP programs across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate complex resilience concepts for executives.
• Proven track record managing risk, compliance, and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience programs for critical applications.
• Drive initiatives to improve resiliency, recoverability, and service readiness.
• Identify risks and gaps; lead remediation and validation activities.
• Coordinate recovery planning, dependency mapping, and delivery across portfolios.
• Partner with various teams to improve recovery readiness and reduce operational risk.
• Develop executive-ready reporting on resilience posture and progress.
