Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in enterprise risk within a financial institution.
• Expertise in RCSA, control testing, and KPI development/management.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing execution of the U.S. Operational Risk Management Framework with emphasis on RCSA.
• Oversee RCSA execution, KRIs, Issues Management, and New Initiatives for Mortgage Capital Markets, Cash Management, Fraud and Reputational Risk.
• Collaborate with senior management to strengthen 2nd line Operational Risk coverage and advise first line teams.
