Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Manager U.S. Operational Risk in New York to lead the U.S. Operational Risk Management Framework, focusing on RCSA, KRIs, and risk events while coordinating with Mortgage Capital Markets and Cash Management teams.

The role requires extensive enterprise risk experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the organization to enhance risk controls and reporting within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in enterprise risk within a financial institution.
• Expertise in RCSA, control testing, and KPI development/management.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ongoing execution of the U.S. Operational Risk Management Framework with emphasis on RCSA.
• Oversee RCSA execution, KRIs, Issues Management, and New Initiatives for Mortgage Capital Markets, Cash Management, Fraud and Reputational Risk.
• Collaborate with senior management to strengthen 2nd line Operational Risk coverage and advise first line teams.
