Job summary

Inizio Engage in Arlington, VA is seeking a results-driven Urgent Care Account Specialist with 5+ years pharma sales and account management experience to drive access and education with high-value clinicians.

You will build strategic plans, navigate large regional/national accounts, and partner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and KAM to advance business objectives. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years pharma sales/account management experience.
• Experience managing large regional to national accounts and complex contracts.
• Familiarity with Buy & Bill processes and payer contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain access to and educate high-value clinicians, influencers, and decision makers in Urgent Care accounts.
• Maintain proactive call objectives with clear next steps and documentation.
• Adapt to new engagement tools and use analytics for next-best-action plans.
• Develop and update strategic business plans for all customer types in the territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with key contacts and leaders across customers.
