Job summary

Fotona USA is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Vice President of U.S. Marketing to lead the full U.S. marketing organization and drive growth in our largest market.

Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, this leader will own the U.S. marketing strategy and partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Product, Service, and Global Marketing. The ideal candidate combines sophisticated brand and consumer marketing capabilities with strong commercial instincts and a hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong consumer marketing and brand-building experience.
• Experience in aesthetics, medical devices, beauty, or premium consumer products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall U.S. marketing strategy, annual plan, priorities, and budget.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Product, Service, and Global Marketing.
• Build and execute integrated demand-generation strategies to increase leads and revenue.
• Elevate D2C capabilities and consumer awareness for Fotona technologies.
• Lead brand positioning and customer experience across aesthetics and medical markets.
• Oversee product positioning, launches, and go-to-market planning.
• Develop segmentation, value propositions, and messaging for key customer types.
• Lead digital marketing, paid media, social, content, email, and marketing automation.
