Playtech seeks an experienced Operations Compliance Manager to support U.S. Live Casino compliance across regulatory, internal controls, and live dealer operations. The role collaborates with Compliance, Product, and Operations to maintain regulatory adherence and improve controls.

Based in the United States with Eastern Time availability, travel to Playtech studios and occasional international travel may be required. Strong knowledge of land-based gaming and iGaming compliance is essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance within gaming or gambling industries.
• Experience building and maintaining internal controls and procedures.
• Knowledge of U.S. state gaming regulations and regulatory relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret U.S. gaming regulations for live dealer operations.
• Develop, review, and maintain internal controls and procedures for live casino games.
• Monitor compliance across live dealer studios and relate to regulators.
• Build relationships with state gaming regulators and labs for testing.
• Support market launches, product introductions, and operational initiatives.
• Identify and improve compliance processes, incl. incident reporting and change management.
• Assist with regulatory audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance reports and communicate updates to teams.
