Job summary

The Mill Adventure Limited is seeking a Technical Compliance professional to oversee regulatory adherence across markets and liaise with regulators and product teams. This role focuses on translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable development tasks for engineering, with a strong emphasis on ISO27001 practices.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in iGaming compliance, experience in a compliance-driven environment, and excellent communication to coordinate across stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Technical Compliance role within iGaming.
• Experience in an ISO27001 compliant environment.
• Ability to translate technical compliance elements into clear development requirements for engineering teams.
• Understanding of the iGaming business framework (B2B) and best practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing independent oversight and assurance to the business of compliance to technical requirements.
• Proactively researching technical requirements and regulations for new and existing markets and liaising with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet regulations.
• Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments across jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Advising on interpretation of relevant technical regulations and on implementation of technical solutions.
• Maintaining regular contact with internal and external stakeholders such as product development and 3rd party B2B suppliers.
• Ensuring products are technically compliant in the jurisdictions we operate in.
• Interacting with Regulators on technical compliance matters and reporting as required.
• Proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation.
