Job summary

Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a Planning & Tribal Development Coordinator to lead grant-funded projects and support all aspects of ICDBG and infrastructure grants. You will collaborate with leadership, vendors, and contractors, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires an associate degree or related training, with 2+ years in project management and at least 1 year in grant writing. Strong communications and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and/or certified vocational training in related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of project management or coordination experience.
• At least one year of grant/proposal writing or related business communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement goals aligned with Pawnee Nation priorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate grant-funded projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Review funding announcements and grant guidelines to identify opportunities.
• Prepare narrative and financial reports for stakeholders and agencies.
• Lead or assist in drafting grant proposals and coordinating with programs for funding.
