Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in treasury/finance with capital management focus.
• Strong experience in cash forecasting, debt, covenants, and rate exposure.
• Proven ability to evaluate borrowing capacity, equity needs, and capex.
• Expertise in real estate financial modeling.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation of complex financials.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and drivers.
• High integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations including cash management and risk management.
