Job summary

Greater Iowa Credit Union is seeking a Treasury Management Advisor to drive deposit growth, expand cash management services, and increase fee income through a consultative approach with existing and new Credit Union Business Members, including non-profits and public entities.

They will cultivate strong relationships with Commercial/Business Lenders and Branch Managers, providing product expertise and tailored Treasury Management solutions to meet member cash management needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or industry certifications recognized as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills with business members and public entities.
• Ability to influence and sell Treasury Management solutions to members and clients.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures and state and federal regulations.
• Willingness to travel to branches or meet members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive deposit growth and fee income through strategic Treasury Management sales with Commercial/Business Members and public entities.
• Identify and manage Treasury Management opportunities within the portfolio and promote cash management solutions.
• Provide product expertise on Treasury Management, merchant services, and payment processing.
• Prepare sales presentations, pricing analyses, and responses to RFPs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Senior Business Relationship Managers and Branch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Educate credit union personnel on Treasury Management solutions and conduct ongoing trainings.
