Job summary

EverBank N.A. seeks an Assistant Treasurer to oversee Treasury & Finance, driving balance sheet strategy, liquidity and capital management. The role partners with senior leadership across the bank to support strategic initiatives and M&A discussions.

The position requires deep finance knowledge, 8+ years in Treasury/ALM, and experience presenting to executives and regulators. It offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and is based in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Asset Liability Management (ALM), Corporate Finance, Capital Management, or Banking Finance.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Treasurer in managing the Bank’s capital, liquidity, and overall Treasury Function.
• Leads executive level discussions on balance sheet management/strategy, capital, liquidity, deposits and analytical insights.
• Partners with investment portfolio team to align portfolio objectives on capital, liquidity, IRR and credit.
• Ensures alignment of risk management with existing limits while framing forward looking strategies for liquidity and interest rate risk.
• Helps identify and mitigate financial risks related to interest rates, currency fluctuations, and credit exposure.
• Collaborates with other departments to optimize financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Leads strategies for capital management, liquidity, funds transfer pricing and alignment with asset pricing and profitability.
• Serves as Treasury SME on balance sheet actions, capital & liquidity evaluation, asset portfolio and deposit valuations.
