Job summary

Truity Partners is seeking an accomplished Treasurer in the Milwaukee area to lead the treasury function with hands-on involvement in cash management, liquidity, FX, and corporate finance. The role partners with senior leadership on capital allocation and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in treasury or corporate finance, deep experience in cash management and risk management, and the ability to drive financing strategies for acquisitions and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or related experience with leadership responsibility.
• Deep experience with cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on capital allocation and strategic investments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of treasury functions including cash, liquidity, and financing.
• Develop and execute treasury strategies to support growth and financial flexibility.
• Oversee global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies.
• Partner with executives on capital allocation decisions and strategic transactions.
• Support acquisitions and financing for investments and growth initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with banks and external financial partners.
• Lead debt management, covenant compliance, and related reporting.
• Evaluate funding options and financing strategies for acquisitions and corporate initiatives.
• Develop treasury policies and risk management controls.
