Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily cash position to ensure liquidity and coordinate short-term borrowing and investments.
• Plan and coordinate global cash movements, including intercompany loans, dividends, capital injections and cash repatriation.
• Oversee cash pooling operations and FX settlements; support intercompany netting.
• Partner with shared services to support global treasury operations and integration workstreams.
• Manage external credit facilities to maintain liquidity across global operations.
• Optimize capital structure and reduce net cash interest burden.
• Support global financial risk management activities related to FX, rates, commodities and insurable risk.
• Serve as treasury contact for banking partners, streamline banking structure and cut redundancy.
• Assist with integration of acquired entities into Brady's banking systems and processes.
• Prepare quarterly treasury reporting for filings and leadership presentations; coordinate month-/quarter-end close.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Legal and other partners on treasury initiatives; ensure internal controls.
