Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline is required.
• Advanced degree or professional certification such as MBA, CFA, FRM, or CTP is a plus.
• 7–9+ years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, financial risk management, or related area.
• Combination of treasury and financial risk management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of liquidity, cash management, financial markets, and treasury principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization's financial risk management strategy across key areas of financial exposure.
• Identify, evaluate, and monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance leadership on liquidity, cash management, funding, and risk-related initiatives.
• Monitor market conditions and evaluate potential impacts on the organization's financial position.
• Assess exposures related to interest rates, foreign currency, liquidity, counterparties, and other financial risks.
• Assist with the development and execution of hedging and other financial risk management strategies.
• Perform financial analysis and develop reporting for leadership visibility into exposures and trends.
• Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning activities.
• Evaluate financial risk scenarios and provide recommendations for informed business decisions.
• Maintain and enhance financial risk policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with risk limits and internal policies.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and other functions to manage risks.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and external institutions as needed.
• Support treasury projects involving banking, financing, cash management, investments, etc.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for senior leadership on risks and mitigation.
