Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide communication support for Travel Agency Sales, including EarMarked by Disney Program and Business Development Managers.
• Partner with Disney Destinations Organization to respond to Travel Agencies and BDMs.
• Use product and process knowledge to solve guest services issues.
• Provide project management oversight and/or support for sales tactic development.
• Assist with development of presentations and other projects.
• Potentially assist with On-Site Agent Education Programs and Training Events.
