Job summary

Faye, a fast-growing travel protection company in the U.S., seeks an Account Development Manager for the West Coast region. The role focuses on growing B2B2C accounts within travel and insurance, building strong relationships and driving revenue.

You will lead strategic account planning, engage clients with presentations, monitor market trends, and represent Faye at industry events. Travel is required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in leading account development activities, B2B2C, ideally within the travel or insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of the travel sector (agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, tour operators and OTAs).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to generate and execute ideas independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote Faye Travel Insurance products.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Representation: Represent Faye in various professional forums, conferences and events in the travel space.
