Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through education/work experience.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Can-do approach and problem-solver able to respond quickly and concisely.
• 3-5 years travel experience.
• Experience negotiating contract terms and conditions in travel.
• Proven cost-benefit experience and savings in travel negotiations.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels and with vendors.
• Excellent listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the firm's day-to-day travel program, ensuring policies and services run smoothly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, arrangers, and stakeholders, guiding and resolving inquiries.
• Partner with the Travel Management Company (TMC) to address booking, ticketing, and traveler servicing issues.
• Support preferred supplier relationships (airline, hotel, ground transportation, meals).
• Assist guest travel for interview candidates, pre-employment hires, and expats.
