Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a skilled transportation planning professional to optimize carrier rates, terms, and service levels across LG's logistics network in the United States. The role requires strong data analysis, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of TMS/WMS/YMS systems.

You will partner with Sales, 3PLs, carriers, and customers to improve cost efficiency, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions. English and Korean bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in production planning operations preferred.
Extensive knowledge of transportation industry; truckload, LTL, and contract review experience.
MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency; familiarity with TMS/WMS/YMS is a plus.
Bilingual English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

Negotiate transportation rates and contract terms to improve LG's cost efficiency and service.
Support cost efficiency initiatives and monitor overall operational health.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, 3PL, carriers, and customers.
Review performance and implement corrective action plans; communicate with carriers daily.
