Job summary

LG Electronics in Clarksville, TN invites an experienced logistics professional to join our production planning and transportation team. You will manage trucking and LTL operations, negotiate rates and terms, and partner across Sales, 3PL, and carriers to improve cost efficiency and service metrics.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in production planning with strong Excel and TMS/WMS/YMS skills, plus bilingual English and Korean proficiency to collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in production planning operations.
• Extensive knowledge within the transportation industry; truckload and LTL management; contract review.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; TMS, WMS, YMS experience a plus.
• Bilingual English and Korean required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate transportation rates and contract terms for LG.
• Support activities for better cost efficiency and service metrics.
• Monitor and manage health level of all aspects of operations.
• Work cross functionally with Sales, 3PL, carriers and customers.
• Review performance and corrective actions; talk to carriers daily.

• Bilingual (English and Korean) required
