Job summary

Caltrain seeks a Project Manager for the Diridon Station Redevelopment Program, reporting to the Program Director. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, develop execution plans, and coordinate with partner agencies across Millbrae and San Jose.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Three years of full-time project management experience in transportation planning, construction or environmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget of Diridon Station Redevelopment Program projects and activities.
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan for assigned projects.
• Act as liaison with partner agency staff and external stakeholders for assigned projects.
• Provide oversight and directives for consultants and key partner agency staff.
• Manage assigned projects and support the Program Director and Deputy Director as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with all involved parties including internal and external stakeholders and consultants.
• Investigate, negotiate, and resolve project issues and identify root causes.
