Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced leader to drive large-scale transportation and logistics transformations in a U.S. client environment. You will guide multi-workstream programs, engage with C-suite sponsors, and ensure value realization across network operations, asset management, and digital platforms.

The role requires 7–10+ years in program management and deep freight/logistics domain knowledge. On-site Omaha, NE location with periodic travel and no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in program/project management leading large-scale transformations.
• 5+ years in freight transport, rail, logistics, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation and logistics transformation programs spanning network operations, asset management, crew and workforce systems, freight operations, safety technology, and enterprise platform modernization.
• Manage program scope, budget, governance, delivery execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications across multi-workstream engagements.
• Partner with client executives to define transformation roadmaps and drive measurable value realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business operations, technology, data, and vendors to align delivery tracks.
• Drive initiatives involving ERP modernization, IoT and telematics integration, AI-enabled operations, and digital freight platforms.
