Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Program/Project Leader to drive large-scale transportation and logistics transformations in the United States. You will govern multi-workstream programs, manage budgets and risk, and partner with C-suite leaders to define & execute roadmaps that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in Program and Project Management leading large-scale transformations.
• 5+ years in freight transportation, rail, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• Proven experience leading multi-workstream programs with executives and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and related technologies.
• Experience in governance, financial controls, risk management, and change management at scale.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to relocate to Omaha, NE or be local to Omaha.
• Ability to travel periodically as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation and logistics transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Manage program scope, budget, governance, delivery, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with client executives to define roadmaps and drive measurable value.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, data, and vendors.
• Drive initiatives in network ops modernization, AI-enabled operations, and digital freight platforms.
• Facilitate steering committees, reviews, governance forums, and strategic sessions with leadership.
• Support business development including proposals and client presentations in transportation and logistics.
• Apply domain expertise to improve throughput, safety, and cost efficiency across the network.
