Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years in transportation/logistics or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Strong professional communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel to account locations and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Train drivers and staff, including the use of internal and customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations, KPIs, and present reporting and financial analysis to customers.
• Manage yard, equipment inspections, maintenance scheduling, and repairs.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight to ensure on-time service and issue resolution.
