Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation plans, carrier selection, load optimization, and shipment execution. The role requires collaboration with the LPM and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, in-full service to customers.

You will monitor ERP/TMS data flows, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. This position is office-based, with a 5-day workweek in the designated location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with focus in Logistics and Transportation, Engineering, Project Management, or SCM.
• 2+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Demand/Supply Planning, Deployment/Replenishment Planning, or similar functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with LPM and cross-functional supply chain teams to optimize daily transportation and shipment planning.
• Maintain freight estimates, logistics plans and cost tracking.
• Ensure orders/shipments are optimized via TMS and client tools for on-time, complete delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to meet service levels and communication.
• Monitor data flows between ERP, TMS and PM systems to ensure successful execution.
