ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced finance team focused on transportation initiatives and profitability. You will forecast, analyze variances, and build investor-ready materials to support strategic growth.

The role partners with the Transportation and FP&A teams to improve models, forecast accuracy, and margin reporting. A hybrid schedule in Chicago is required and there are opportunities for impact and career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field.
• 3PL or transportation experience required.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or related field experience.
• Proficient in financial modeling; strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze transportation initiatives monthly and communicate drivers and variances to senior management.
• Collaborate to report weekly performance related to Transportation.
• Build bottoms-up forecasts with the Transportation team, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare annual operating plan and budgets with Transportation alignment.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor and board presentations highlighting key metrics.
• Develop margin analysis and performance insights for business partners.
• Automate and improve existing files and processes; drive continuous improvement.
