STV Incorporated is seeking a Transportation Design Services Leader for the West Florida market. The role focuses on growing a multidisciplinary transportation design team, leading project delivery, and strengthening relationships with FDOT and local governments, while driving business development across Tampa and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in transportation/roadway or bridge design.
• Experience delivering FDOT design projects is required.
• Ability to develop client relationships and win transportation engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and development of the Transportation Design practice in the West Florida market.
• Recruit, develop, and retain transportation design professionals.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for highway, bridge, and multimodal projects.
• Develop strategic client relationships with FDOT, local governments, and transportation authorities.
• Partner with marketing and pursuit teams on capture plans and proposals.
