American Transmission Co. (ATC) seeks a Consultant Construction Program Manager to coordinate and execute major LRTP transmission projects across the Midwest, with capital investments exceeding $500 million.

This role interfaces with engineering, regulators, contractors, and utilities to move initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project/program/construction management within energy and infrastructure, with strong budgeting, forecasting, risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, construction management, utilities, or related roles.
• Experience managing programs or portfolios with significant budget, schedule, and risk complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic program delivery and project controls for large-scale LRTP projects.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates and governance materials for senior management.
• Support contractor oversight and contracting strategies (EPC/EPCM).
